Youth Ministries Mission Statement:
*To reach out to all the youth of the parish with the love of Christ and bring them together in this love.
*To provide opportunities for youth to actively participate in the prayer life of the parish community, so as to deepen their understanding of Church as “community”.
*To provide opportunities for spiritual growth so as to deepen their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ who alone has the words of eternal life.
*To provide opportunities for social activities so as to strengthen their interpersonal communication skills and social behaviors in order to enhance their understanding of what is means to be a member of Catholic community.

St. Teresa of Calcutta Camp

The Saint Teresa of Calcutta Camp is for youth entering grades 9 and 10 who have a desire to deepen their faith and are open to exploring the ordinary ways to share the Catholic faith as missionary disciples and servant leaders. Inspired by the life of St. Teresa of Calcutta, and anchored in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, campers will enter a five-day experience where they will gain a deeper understanding of their faith and will be presented with ways to witness that faith in their home, school, church, community, and world. A special emphasis will be placed on:
- Prayer, Praise and Worship
- The Sacraments
- Growing in Leadership & Discipleship
- Serving Others.

St. John Paul II Camp
Grades 7 & 8
Oak Hills Christian College

Sunday, July 28 – Thursday, August 1
Cost: $375 per camper
Saint John Paul II Camp is for youth entering grades 7 & 8 who have a desire to deepen their faith, live in that faith and share their faith with others. Throughout the camp, youth will be encouraged and mentored as they engage in prayer, worship, leadership development, spiritual reflection, play and service. The five-day experience is designed to encourage and equip youth for discipleship.
