Youth Ministries Mission Statement:

  *To reach out to all the youth of the parish with the love of Christ and bring them together in this love. 

  *To provide opportunities for youth to actively participate in the prayer life of the parish community, so as to     

   deepen their understanding of Church as “community”. 

  *To provide opportunities for spiritual growth so as to deepen their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ who

   alone has the words of eternal life.

  *To provide opportunities for social activities so as to strengthen their interpersonal communication skills and

    social behaviors in order to enhance their understanding of what is means to be a member of Catholic                community.

The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) is largest gathering of Catholic youth in the United States with around 25,000 attendees praying and worshiping as well as great speakers of the faith!

Cost: $350 per camper

Saint John Paul II Camp is for youth entering grades 7 & 8 who have a desire to deepen their faith, live in that faith and share their faith with others.  Throughout the camp, youth will be encouraged and mentored as they engage in prayer, worship, leadership development, spiritual reflection, play and service. The five-day experience is designed to encourage and equip youth for discipleship.

Trinity Youth Camp is for students entering 4th-8th grade, who want to have a fun, faith-filled camping experience.

Camp begins at 4 p.m. on Wednesday and concludes at 11 a.m. on Sunday with Mass for campers and their families. Trinity Youth Camp is hosted by two campgrounds around the state of North Dakota: Camp Metigoshe near Bottineau and Camp of the Cross near Garrison.

Middle School Youth Rally

Grades 6-8

Location: Lincoln High School, TRF

Date: Thursday, October 20, 2022


Registration: $45/youth, chaperones are free.

Lunch and Supper will be served.

The theme of the rally is Steadfast, inspired by Psalm 26:3, “For your steadfast love is before my eyes, and I walk in your faithfulness.”  As we continue the diocesan year of the Eucharistic Revival, we are reminded of God’s steadfast love through His greatest gift – The Eucharist, knowing that every time we receive this gift, we receive Jesus’ entire self – His body, blood, soul and divinity.

It will be a fun night out with friends, food and fellowship!  This progressive hayride begins at St. Bernard's after the 5:00 Mass, stops at one location for a potluck supper and then another location for bonfire and s'mores.  Dress warm and bring a blanket - it may be chilly!  Feel free to bring a friend.  Please RSVP and sign the permission slip found on the link below to attend no later than Friday, Sept. 17th so I can plan accordingly.  Can't wait to see you there!

The Saint Teresa of Calcutta Camp is for youth entering grades 9 and 10 who have a desire to deepen their faith and are open to exploring the ordinary ways to share the Catholic faith as missionary disciples and servant leaders. Inspired by the life of St. Teresa of Calcutta, and anchored in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, campers will enter a five-day experience where they will gain a deeper understanding of their faith and will be presented with ways to witness that faith in their home, school, church, community, and world. A special emphasis will be placed on:

  • Prayer, Praise and Worship

  • The Sacraments

  • Growing in Leadership & Discipleship

  • Serving Others.
