Advancement / Development Director

St. Bernard’s Church seeks a full-time  Advancement Director. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and team-orientated professional of high integrity who possesses a great work ethic and is passionate about fulfilling the Catholic Church’s mission. The Advancement Director is a key leadership role responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing fundraising, donor relations, and advancement strategies to support the institutional and financial growth of the parish and school.

About St. Bernard's Parish

St. Bernard’s parish has 700 families (~2100 people), a PreK – 5th grade school of ~120 students, a staff of around 20 people, and covers a territory comprising 13 thousand people including the towns of Thief River Falls, St. Hilaire, and surrounding rural areas.
